General association meetings are where the PTA approves budgets, elects officers, and plans the year — and where your vote counts. Exact dates for 2026–27 will be posted here and on the calendar in August.

You don't need to be a member to attend — only to vote. Come listen, ask questions, and see what the PTA is working on. Kids welcome.
Meetings run roughly 60 minutes: a short agenda, treasurer's report, program updates, and votes on anything that needs member approval.
Members vote on the budget, officers, and major spending. It's the most direct way to shape what the PTA does for your child's school.
Every document below is available to members. We're moving them online for 2026–27 — until then, email us and we'll send a copy within a few days.
